What is the duration of a rental?Residential rentals are for up to 6 hours, between 10:30 AM and 8:00 PM—you choose the start time! Setup and takedown time is not included in the 6 hours. Need more time? Extra hours are just $30/hour. Overnight rentals may be available upon request and are subject to availability and a surcharge. (Foam Machine rentals excluded.)

Do our prices include a power supply?No. Customers are responsible for providing a 115V dedicated power source. If that’s not available, we offer generator rentals (with gas included) for $100.

What happens if it rains or there's bad weather?Safety is our top priority. Inflatables cannot be set up if winds exceed 25 km/h. If you feel the weather will not be suitable, please notify us at least 3 hours before your event. Your deposit will be saved as a credit (valid for 1 year) and you can reschedule for a later date.

Do we handle setup and teardown?Yes! Our team handles the full setup and teardown of all equipment—at no additional cost. Each unit is inspected before and after use to ensure it meets our safety standards.

How much is delivery, and how far do you deliver?We operate out of Caledon. Delivery is included within a 30 km radius on orders over $250. For bookings outside that radius or under $250, a delivery surcharge will apply based on distance or order amount.

Do we inspect and clean equipment?Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment before and after each rental using safe, eco-friendly products. We guarantee that every item is safe, clean, and ready to enjoy.

Do we have insurance?Yes! We are fully insured up to $5M and licensed. We are also TSSA-certified operators of amusement devices, so you can book with confidence.

What payment methods do you accept?Cash Credit cards Visa/Mastercard Debit E-Transfers

Do you require a deposit?Yes: Rentals $500 and under require a $50 deposit. Rentals over $500 require a 20% deposit.

What is your booking and cancellation policy?Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is received and the waiver is signed. If you need to cancel for non-weather related reasons please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable, however they are saved as a credit for future use. No-shows or same-day cancellations (excluding unforeseen bad weather) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is the duration of a Foam Machine rental?Foam Machine rentals run for 3 hours between 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM. Need more foam fun? Additional hours are $100/hour.
